OCVIBE is a vibrant sports and entertainment district centered at the heart of Anaheim in Orange County, California. Currently in development by the Samueli Family and OC Sports and Entertainment, OCVIBE will reimagine the downtown experience by turning 100 acres of Anaheim into an easily accessible, walkable district designed to bring surrounding communities together at the intersection of culture and entertainment. OCVIBE’s transformation is unfolding in thoughtful phases, each designed to activate new spaces while maintaining a vibrant, connected experience throughout construction.

2025–2026: Early Activation

In 2025, key infrastructure and parking enhancements came online, significantly increasing capacity, improving traffic flow, and creating a more seamless arrival experience for Ducks games and arena events. These early improvements set the foundation for the district’s next phase, with new public spaces and experiences beginning to debut in 2026.

2027–2028: Growth & Destination Building

Expanded entertainment venues, hotel, and pedestrian-friendly plazas bring new life to the district, along with green spaces and a bridge linking ARTIC to the Honda Center.

2029 and Beyond: Full Realization

The final phase completes OCVIBE’s vision with residential communities, a second hotel, office campuses, and the full network of parks and open spaces, creating Orange County’s next great downtown destination.
