NEW TO THE AREA
EVE – Everyone Ventures Everywhere
EVE offers passengers comfort and convenience in its all-electric, 9-passenger vehicle, connecting riders to and from John Wayne Airport as well as all ART stops in the Anaheim region. Learn more here.
Pixar Place Hotel
The reimagined Pixar Place Hotel is now open, marking the official transformation of Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel into the first fully Pixar-themed hotel in the United States.
Disney California Adventure® Park
The Pacific Wharf in Disney California Adventure® Park, which shares similarities to San Francisco’s waterfront, has been reimagined into San Fransokyo from “Big Hero 6.” This area features new spots to eat, shop and meet Baymax!

ocV!BE - Mixed-Use Community and Live Entertainment District Coming to Anaheim
A land-development project will form a massive lifestyle, business, dining and entertainment hub in Anaheim.
ocV!BE, coming to Anaheim in 2026
ocV!BE will be anchored by Honda Center and will include the following upon completion:
• A new 5,700-capacity concert venue
• 30+ restaurant concepts
• Four public plazas
• 865,000 sq. ft. of office space, including a 325,000-sq. ft. office tower
• Two new hotels with a planned 550 total rooms
• 20 acres of parks and open space
This project will feature numerous walkways and bridges connecting the full 115 acres creating a sense of place for guests. A landmark feature will be a bridge crossing Katella Avenue to provide a safe path from ARTIC to Honda Center, while decreasing pedestrian traffic on the streets.
OC River Walk
OC River Walk is a vision to transform the Santa Ana River Corridor into a primary connective open space uniting the Southern California region. The goal of the OC River Walk project is to transform the Santa Ana River into an iconic regional destination for recreation and entertainment. Read more here.
Anaheim LAX Link
A luxury transportation option is on its way to Anaheim. The service will feature daily, nonstop, professional chauffeuring between ARTIC and LAX. Reservations will be required to ride in executive style mini buses that feature comfortable amenities for passengers to enjoy.
Le Méridien by Marriott and Kimpton Hotel
Two luxury 4-star hotels breaking ground in Q3 2025 on a 4.3-acre site on Harbor Boulevard, set to open in 2028. Le Méridien will offer 39,000 sq ft of conference space and 40,000 sq ft of retail space, while the Kimpton with 200 Hotel rooms will be one of the nation's largest.
Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort
Opening in 2028 on a 3.72-acre site along Harbor Boulevard, this family-friendly destination will feature 500 guest suites, a lazy river pool, a Nick arcade and studio, and more.
Stone Groove Stillhouse
Anaheim MAKE’s distillery will welcome Stone Groove Stillhouse in 2024. The MAKE building is already home to Unsung Brewing Company and Pali Wine Company, making Stone Groove Stillhouse a perfect addition.
Downtown Disney® District
More than a dozen new and reimagined food offerings are planned to be introduced at the Downtown Disney® District in the near future. Din Tai Fung, a world-owned Asian restaurant that originated in Taiwan known for its soup dumplings, has joined the district. Porto’s Bakery and Café, an iconic Southern California destination known for its sweet pastries and desserts, as well as delicious California-Cuban-inspired dishes, will also be joining the new evolution of the Downtown Disney® District.
Disneyland® Park
Tiana's Bayou Adventure - Opening on November 15, 2024, this captivating new attraction invites you to join Tiana on her quest to fulfill her dreams. Immerse yourself in the magic of New Orleans' vibrant culture, where you can sing along to catchy tunes and discover hidden wonders along the bayou.
Disneyland® Resort
DisneylandForward - New adventures are on the horizon. Disneyland® Resort has kicked off the DisneylandForward project, a multiyear public planning effort to allow for future integrated and immersive experiences. Additional possible uses include theme park experiences, retail, dining, entertainment and more. Stay tuned for what’s to come. The possibilities are limitless!
