Grand Legacy At The Park Earns 2018 First Ever Community Legacy Award from My Day Counts
ANAHEIM, Calif. (June 21, 2018) – Located directly across the street from all the fun and excitement of the Disneyland Resort, the family favorite independent hotel has garnered the elite first ever Community Legacy Award from My Day Counts. Along with its dedication to valued service, Grand Legacy retains its place in their philanthropic approach of helping people in need in Orange County.
As described by My Day Counts, “As the first recipient of the My Day Counts Community Legacy Award, the purpose and intention of this award is to recognize only those community members that display the highest level of dedication to improving the lives of people who are often disenfranchised and without a voice and therefore overlooked by society. Our organization was inspired to create this special recognition award as the direct result of your desire and willingness to help support the needs of individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.”
“To be recognized by My Day Counts with the coveted Community Legacy Award is a greatly prized honor, and our entire team is tremendously proud of this affirmation of our work,” said General Manager Marshall Weinstein. “We are thrilled to receive this award and are very grateful for our partnership with, My Day Counts.”
Grand Legacy At The Park has partnered with local non-profit, My Day Counts, to work towards the mission of making life better for people with disabilities. In partnership with the organization, Grand Legacy At The Park has supplied it’s very own Legacy Blend coffee from My Cup Counts. Guests of the hotel can enjoy drinking Legacy Blend Coffee during their stay and each cup brewed contributes to helping employ the adults of My Day Counts.
