Food, Fish and Fun: Aquarium of the Pacific's 16th Annual Fundraiser

Sea Fare features tastes from over TWENTY local restaurants, wineries, and bakeries, live and silent auctions, and live music — all supporting ocean conservation

WHAT:  The Aquarium of the Pacific invites all foodies and friends of the fish to its annual Sea Fare event on Saturday, October 19. The Aquarium’s sixteenth annual Sea Fare fundraiser is open to the public and features open bars and samples from more than twenty local restaurants, wineries, and bakeries. Attendees will have the chance to vote for their favorite savory and sweet “Bites of the Night.”

Live and silent auctions will include dozens of items, including a trip to the south of France and a ride for two on the Goodyear blimp. In the popular “Go Fish” opportunity game every player goes home a winner. In the new Pacific Visions Art Gallery, visitors can watch local artists create ocean-inspired art, which will later be available for bidding in the auction.

Guests can also dance to the music of a live band or choose a DJ in the silent disco. All funds raised at Sea Fare will directly support the nonprofit Aquarium’s education, conservation, and animal care programs.
