While this popular bakery can be found throughout Japan, Okayama Kobo's Center Street Promenade location is the first in the US! Enjoy fresh coffee from Groundworks, amazing matcha lattes and delicious pastries. (Don't miss the butter and salt roll which, despite its humble name, is exquisite.) Other popular items include the s’mores danish, curry bun and strawberry cream croissant.
Their secret? Bread is baked fresh daily from a special blend of Hokkaido wheat flour which is exclusively made for Okayama Kobo and shipped directly from Japan.
